Still my baby

Connor may not be the baby in the family anymore, but the other day he just wanted to be held until he feel asleep. Sometimes I forget he's only 18 months old because he's so big and he rarely lets me hold him, so I had to take a picture of this.

New pics of Caleb

These are some pictures I took yesterday of Caleb. He's starting to get bigger, but still look so tiny compared to Connor and Cole, but of course neither one of them stayed skinny for very long.

Cole's first day of preschool

Cole is attending Weeschool at our church and started yesterday. Here he is all ready to go. He was so excited and loved it!

Scrapbook Layouts

I've been really getting back into scrapbooking and loving it! Since we moved here, I really hadn't scrapbooked much until a few months ago. I am now loving it more than ever. I thought I'd share a few of my recent layouts here. There is no rhyme or reason to them. I just grab a picture (or pictures) that I'm in the mood to scrapbook and go. Hope you enjoy!

Family Ramblings

Our lives has been crazy lately. Actually I'm realizing that our lives has been crazy for the last 18 months . Let's see who was born 18 months ago. Just kidding, it's not Connor's fault for the craziness though the months of sleepless nights didn't help any ;). It's just simply been adjusting to everything that has happened over the last couple of years of our lives. I feel like it's taken us so long to fit in here in Borger, for me to adjust to staying at home with the boys, to be okay with being so far from family and friends, and of course, having 3 children in 3 years would rock anyone's world. All this to say that God is good and we are getting there! He has blessed us tremendously with awesome friends here and incredible church family. While we still and will always miss Friendswood and those there, this is finally starting to feel like home.

We are doing good. A new school year is always an exciting time for Jason's ministry, so please be in prayer as he kicks this off. He is also making lots of changes in the student ministry at FBC right in general which is exciting and overwhelming. I am looking forward to school starting as well as that is when we really get a routine going and I get out more with the kids. Cole is starting preschool a couple days a week after Labor Day. I can't believe he is old enough to go to school already. He is excited about it (actually I think he's more excited about picking out a new lunch box than anything). Connor is doing good. We were getting a little worried about him not talking much, but just in the past week he has been talking non-stop. I don't understand much of it, but he does and I guess that's all that matters. Caleb is doing so great! He is such a good baby and lets us get good sleep most nights.

I know I've said this before but I really am hoping to update our blog more often. As I said in the beginning of this post, our lives has been crazy. I love sharing how things are going here and sharing pictures of the boys though, so I will do so as often as I can. We love to here from you too!

July Pictures

Here are some various pictures from this month. The first is actually from this morning of Cole playing with Jason's hats. The next is Connor who obviously loves chocolate. The third pictures is of Lilli and me holding Caleb when she was here visiting earlier this month. And the last is Caleb after one of his baths. He was so relaxed in that towel with daddy rubbing his head. I think he would've stayed like that all night.
I'll try to post some more pictures later, but wanted to get these up since it's been so long since I posted any. We are doing great! Caleb is a really good baby though having three is crazy. I don't get a chance to do much besides be mommy, but we are adjusting.
